For everyday body bath muscle soak
pour 2 caps full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.
For sports body bath muscle soak
pour 3-4 caps full and blend into a hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.
For a foot bath soak
pour 1 cap full and blend into a warm to hot foot bath, soak feet for at least 10-15 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.
