The Knee Stabiliser has been designed with additional support and anti-slip to minimise movement. The removable silicone ring is designed to cushion and reduce kneecap movement. Wash support before wear. Place foot into wider end of the sleeve and slide along the leg until the gel pad panel is located over the kneecap (patella). Adjust the sleeve so that it sits comfortably.

Place support on the ground with all straps open. Place heel on opening and support under foot with side elastic straps underneath. Wrap side ankle straps first. Then apply left side of foot before right side and affix fastener firmly yet comfortably. The elastic straps under the foot are designed to cross over and affix to each other behind the ankle for best support.

Wrap support around outer side of upper forearm and insert strap. Position pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. Tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm below elbow) are the common areas for soreness. With arm straight, make hand into a fist, then pull strap to lock pads in place. Relaxing hand will then ensure support is comfortable.
