FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Extra Strength Saline Wash Refill Sachets consists of pre-mixed dry powder sachets. When mixed with warm water, the contents of each sachet will produce a 200mL saline wash.

To be used with the FESS squeeze bottle. Empty contents of one sachet of FESS Nasal & SInus Wash Extra Strength into the FESS squeeze bottle. Pour previously boiled luke warm water into the bottle to the line marked 'FULL'. Do not use boiling hot water. Screw cap onto the bottle and gently shake until powder dissolves. Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril. Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action. Whenever the bottle needs to fill with air, remove the cap from the nose before you release your hand pressure. This prevents 'suck back' and helps to keep the remaining solution clean. Allow half the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril. Using the remaining solution, repeat this process in the left nostril. A small amount of the solution may enter your throat. This is not harmful. If necessary, blow your nose when you have finished. Discard any remaining solution you do not intend using within the next 2 hours. Wash the bottle cap, and tube thoroughly after each use and allow to drip dry. For best results use FESS nasal and Sinus Wash Extra Strength once or twice daily or as directed by your doctor or ENT specialist.

OsmoLax is clinically proven to provide effective relief of consipation. It works to restore the natural bowel rhythm by using orally taken fluids to hydrate and soften the stool so it's easier to pass. OsmoLax generally produces a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days. OsmoLax is flavourless, sugar free and salt free, and contains no artificial flavours, colours or sweeters. With no salty taste, it can be mixed with any hot or cold drink. For adults and children over the age of 12 years: One level 17g measuring scoop mixed with 1 cup (approximately 240mL) of liquid once daily. This can be increased to a maximum of 2 doses of 17g daily, dependent on the severity of your constipation. For chronic constipation, the dose may be reduced to one 8.5g scoop mixed with ½ cup (approximately 120mL) of liquid daily, according to individual response. For children aged 6 to 12 years: The usual starting dose is two level 8.5g measuring scoops (or one 17g scoop), mixed with 1 cup (approximately 240mL) of liquid once daily. The dose should be adjusted up or down as required to produce regular soft stools. The maximum dose should not exceed three 8.5g scoops (equivalent to 25.5g) daily. For children aged 4 to 5 years: The usual starting dose is one level 8.5g measuring scoop, mixed with ½ cup (approximately 120mL) of liquid once daily. This can be increased to a maximum of two 8.5g scoops (equivalent to 17g) daily if required. OsmoLax is not recommended for children under 4 years of age. Directions for Use Add OsmoLax powder (see dosage above) to any beverage (hot or cold), such as water, juice, soft drinks, coffee or tea. Stir until dissolved and then drink. If desired, the solution may be stored covered in the fridge. Discard any solution that is not used within 6 hours. Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in the diet during treatment, except in cases of medication induced constipation (e.g. codeine).
Macrogol 3350 1g/g powder for solution
Do not take OsmoLax Relief if you are allergic to macrogol (polyethylene glycol).
