Take 30 minutes prior to departure. Adults: Initial dose 2 or 3 tablets, then 1 tablet every 2 hours as required. Children 6 to 12 years: Initial dose 1 tablet, then 1 tablet every 4 hours as required. Children under 6: As professionally directed.
Each tablet contains: Zingiber officinale root extract dry conc. 10 mg equiv. to root dry 100 mg, Zingiber officinale dry root powder 400 mg. TravaCalm H.O. Chewable is for the prevention of travel sickness when travelling by car, boat, ship or plane. This single active formula comes in a convenient chewable tablet format which is strawberry flavoured. Suitable for adults and children aged 8 years and over.

Take 30 minutes prior to departure. Adults: 1 or 2 tablets, repeat in 4-6 hourly if necessary, (maximum 4 tablets per 24 hours). Children 8 to 12 years: a half to one tablet (maximum 2 tablets per 24 hours). Repeat 6-8 hourly if necessary.

The triple active formula is specially formulated with two ingredients to help prevent travel sickness, as well as caffeine to help counteract drowsiness. Suitable for adults and children aged 4 years and over.

Take 30 minutes before departure. Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets. Repeat four to six hourly if necessary (do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours).
