Proteins are polymers of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) linked via α-peptide bonds. They play a vital role in the function and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs, including muscle protein synthesis. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of protein for healthy individuals is 0.8g/kg/day.

For optimal training adaptations, it has become increasingly evident that protein intake should be increased to at least 1.4–1.6 g/kg/day ¹. In an effort to meet these intakes, supplementation is beneficial. For optimal muscle protein synthesis, evidence shows that it is important to consume protein before and after a workout. Post-training protein intake has been demonstrated to play an important role in optimising physical performance and positively influencing the resistance and endurance recovery process ¹.

ISOPEPT contains 25g of the highest quality protein from Whey Protein and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate. This premium blend is rapidly absorbed and nutrient rich to help fuel and replenish fatigued muscles. If you want rapid and efficient results from your workout, ISOPEPT is the protein for you!
