It is also suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Daily use: Spray 1-2 seconds in each nostril 1-2 times a day In case of nasal symptoms: Spray 1-2 seconds in each nostril 4-6 times a day. Before use, fix the nozzle onto the container and check if the spray works properly. Babies and newborns It is recommended to proceed with Claratyne Saline Nasal Spray before feeding, when the child is awake and calm. Lay the baby down on a slight incline (30°) with their head to one side (never backwards to avoid the risk of the spray going into the throat). Gently insert the nozzle in the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
