- Dissolve the Tablet: Drop one Chemists’ Own® Effervescent Electrolyte Tablet into 200 mL of fresh, drinking water.
- Wait for Dissolution: Allow the tablet to fully dissolve before drinking. This usually takes a few minutes.
- Stir if Necessary: If the tablet does not dissolve completely on its own, gently stir the solution to help it along.
