Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear. Fully depress the pump. Repeat in the left nostril. Adults: 2-6 sprays per nostril. Children: 2 to 3 sprays per nostril or use FESS Children's. Babies - use FESS Little Noses.

When to use?: FESS is non-medicated and can be used as often as needed. It is suitable for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Cold & Flu: FESS helps thin and clears excess mucus to help clear blocked noses. Hayfever: FESS helps wash away dust, pollen and other allergens that can cause hayfever. Sinusitis and : FESS helps relieve congestion, promotes nasal health and helps neutralise acidity in the sinus cavity during sinusitis. Post-operative care: Use FESS after nasal surgery to help soften dried blood which can irritate the sinus passages and block drainage.
Suitable for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Using FESS Saline Spray Original Nasal Spray prior to medicated nasal sprays helps clear excess mucus and aid effective penetration of the medicated spray. Store below 30�C.
