Smooth a generous amount evenly over dry skin at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply liberally every 2 hours or more frequently after swimming, exercising or towel drying. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and wear protective clothing, eyewear and a hat.
