DIRECTIONS FOR USE - CHILD DOSAGE: 2-8 years: Chew one gummy daily, during or immediately after a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. 9-12 years: Chew two gummies daily, during or immediately after a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

EACH PASTILLE (GUMMY) CONTAINS: Biotin 12 micrograms; dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 3.99 mg; Nicotinamide 5 mg; Vitamin B1 (thiamine from thiamine nitrate) 200 micrograms; Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 105 micrograms; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 210 micrograms; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.4 micrograms; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 20 mg; Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 5 micrograms; Iodine (from potassium iodide) 75 micrograms; Zinc (from zinc sulfate monohydrate) 2 mg.
To be used under adult supervision. Do not swallow whole. To prevent over consumption, keep out of reach of children. Close lid tightly after use.
