Medi-Pak works by contracting blood vessels reducing internal bleeding. This reduces swelling, while numbing pain and easing discomfort.

Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in freezer. Insert into cover. Place on affected area.
Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in microwave, set power on lowest setting. Heat for 2 minutes or place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.
Non-Toxic, Discard if Punctured Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.
Do not heat in microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.
Excessive heating may cause it to rupture or leak.
