Melrose Essential Vitamin C + Immunity

Melrose Essential C + Immune powder contains many nutrients to keep our immune system strong. We've chosen to add Australian kakadu plum, one of the most potent natural sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant which displays anti-inflammatory actions to support and protect immune system health. Zinc was chosen due to its importance to immune cell function, as zinc deficiency can lead to a weakened immune response. Zinc has also been studied for it's anti-inflammatory action, which helps to shorten the time of the common cold or flu. Saccromyces, containing beta-glucan, is a prebiotic to promote healthy gut flora, to inhibit pathogens before they cause infection, protecting healthy immune function. Vitamin D is important for a healthy immune system, due to its integral antimicrobial action to help in strengthening our immunity. Olive leaf is added due to its powerful antioxidant properties to fight against free radical damage and to protect immune health. Zinc, vitamin C and D synergistically protect the immune system from free radical damage. Our Essential C + Immune contains vitamin C, derived from Kakadu plums, zinc, olive leaf extract and vitamin D, making it an immune-boosting powerhouse.
