MOVICOL comes in sachets of powder, in lemon-lime , chocolate, or flavour-free. Each sachet should be mixed with 125 mL (about half a glassful) of water.

Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in diet. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
