MOVICOL comes in sachets of powder, in lemon-lime , chocolate, or flavour-free. Each sachet should be mixed with 125 mL (about half a glassful) of water.

Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in diet. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Do not take MOVICOL if you have an obstruction in your intestine, perforated gut wall, severe inflammatory bowel disease, paralysis of the bowel or an allergy to any of the ingredients. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, talk to your doctor before you take MOVICOL.
