Usage Instructions 1. Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. 2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water.
