1. Cleanse and dry your skin. 2. Peel patch from the sheet, pull the skin tight and press the adhesive side firmly on target area. Ensure the patch sits smoothly against skin. 3. For maximum effectiveness leave on overnight, or 1-2 hours for a quick-fix. 4. To remove, gently peel the patch off skin. 5. Use consistently for best results.
