"1. Clean the application site. Ensure surrounding skin is clean, dry and free from excess hair.
2. Select appropriate dressing size.
3.Start to remove the protector material from Allevyn Gentle Border Lite Dressing and anchor the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.
4. Smooth the dressing over the application site, removing the remaining protector material and ensure that the dressing is adhered all around the application site. "

"Do not use ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite dressing with oxidising agents such as hypochlorite solutions (e.g. EUSOL) or hydrogen peroxide, as these can break down the absorbent polyurethane component of the dressing. If reddening or sensitisation occur discontinue use.
Do not use this dressing to secure other medical devices to the patient,due to the gentle adhesive used. ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite is a single use product. If used on more than one patient, cross-contamination or infection may result. Opening the dressing pack compromises the sterile barrier. Any unused dressings should be discarded.
