ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: d-alpha-tocopherol 336.34 mg, equiv. Vitamin E 500 IU, Selenomethionine 6.24 mg, equiv. Selenium 26 microgram.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
